Minimum Requirements
​
-
§34a Security Training (GewO), ideally with the willingness to obtain the §34a Expert Examination (Sachkundeprüfung)

Good German language skills (minimum B1); additional languages are a strong advantage

Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required

Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure

A friendly and professional attitude

Strong situational awareness and the ability to assess environments quickly

Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
-
Reliability, professionalism, responsibility, and a well-groomed appearance
