The Team Behind the Vision
With a background in the military and successful entrepreneurship in Benin, Mike founded Akorede Security to bring a more human approach to security in Germany. His philosophy is simple: security starts with respect, communication, and meeting people at eye level - putting de-escalation and human connection first. This people-focused approach quickly earned the trust of Berlin’s clubs, cultural institutions, and major events. Mike’s vision is to set a new standard of professionalism while highlighting the excellence of the African diaspora. Through Akorede Security, he aims to inspire other diasporic businesses to grow and lead with confidence.
